Guest guest
Has anyone felt better with less sleep while on LDN? I'm on 4.5 and I have found if I go to bed at 11:00 or 11:30 and get up at 6 am, I'm fine. If I go to bed at 10 and get up at 7, I feel sooooo tired... Or is this just an age thing? I'm almost 35.... thanks!
Guest guest
Ha Ha - at 35 I don't think it's an age thing, need to be much older to start claiming that!!! I am a sleep a-holic, love my sleep. I used to always get 9 or 10 hours a night, but since being on LDN, I have noticed that 6 to 7 is all I am getting, and I am satisfied. Also have noticed that on the weekend, when I try to sleep in a little, I do tend to have more symptoms (for me, loss of vision) so maybe you have hit upon something. Maybe less sleep on LDN is better.
Guest guest
Hi, I'm on 4.5 also, only been 8 days and I feel pretty good at night but make myself go to bed by 11:30 and fall right to sleep. Up every morning at 7 or 7:30 and ok until it's around noon and I find myself tired. I'm 51 so I don't think it's your age.
Guest guest
Who ever told you that age 35 was old. You can't even claim to be old at that age. I hope that you always stay young. lol Marie ----- Original Message ----- From: msblonde716 low dose naltrexone Sent: Tuesday, May 11, 2004 4:57 PM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Less Sleep Has anyone felt better with less sleep while on LDN? Guest guest
If it means anything--I am on 4.5mg and sleep about 9 to 10 hours most days. I always required a lot of sleep. I am up at 6 am every day and sluggish until around noon then I can move pretty good. I am 60. I don't understand why I am so tired in the morning.
