I must agree weight means less than the time I take it as I am 5'10"and 210 lbs and weather I take 4.5 or 3.0 mgs I am always awake at 2:00 and feel somewhat stiff all day. I do go back to sleep quick though.

Anything less than 3.0 does nothing for me.

anything more than 4.5 does nothing either.

Taking it later than 10:30 or earlyer than 9:00 does not help me I have tried all the possible combinations and I guess I will have to be happy with 3.0mgs at 10:00 every night and put up with the less than stellar results, but yet noticeable improvements in other areas that are not outwardly visible yet mean a lot to me!

for example bladder and bowel control swallowing and no more LHermettes sign or burning limb syndrome!( but oh to be able to golf again..... sigh)

Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] 3 or 4.5 mg LDN Poll

Sorry, But, I'm only 4'11" and weigh 110 and am also on 4.5 and have been for almost 2 yrs. now. I'm doing extremley well on this dose and my sleep pattern is the same as its always been.....6 hours a nite, only now its more restful. I'm sure there is a reason for the difference in dosage between individuals, but as far as the weight theory, i can't agree with this one!
