Hi everyone, MEEEEE again:)

I typed this in private to , but then thought its an important

one that I would like feedback on from you all, if possible?

I wrote to :

" I suppose there is no reason to change the dose, I just thought that

the higher the dose, the more improvements? Or doesnt it work that

way? Actually, that's a good question - will I be increasing the

speed of symptomatic improvements or the quantity/quality of

improvements? I realise about the spasming and stiffness, but i

thought, seeing im tolerating 3mg very well, if in future I up to

4.5mg, then with the help of stretching and baclofen tablets,

together with the increased energy and sleep - I will do better,

faster? Does that make sense? "

So, everyone, any valid points raised here? Does a higher dose of

LDN give more benefits, do more 'regulating' and healing faster? How

does it work in this sense?

Friday -

I was on 3.0 for a month, and decided I wanted to try 4.5. My main

reason was because I was experiencing symptom imcrease in the middle

of the day, and was wondering if the 4.5 would stop that. I started

4.5 last friday, and so far, I think my middle of the day symptoms

are going away. I don't have stiffness issues, mine are all

tingling / visual problems. But the increase has helped.
