Guest guest
Hi , Your post caught my eye because of the lactose filler. Have you ever gone to the www.msrc.co.uk web site? The Best Bet Diet is on there and they recommend not having any dairy at all because the protein in dairy, like lactose, is a copycat protein to the myelin sheath that the body is attacking, so it can encourage the body to attack itself even more. . Also a lot of people with MS are allergic or sensitive to milk, so this may be the cause of the heartburn also. If you haven't been to the MSRC web it's worth a look. My husband is on the diet , as are many others who are getting some good results. We feel that with the diet and enzyme supplements my husband is doing much better. We are still working on getting LDN but can see from reading the e mails on this site that some places people are getting the LDN from are not as good as others.
