Guest guest Posted May 12, 2004 Report Share Posted May 12, 2004 Speaking of sleep, went to bed at 2am (i take ldn at 11pm), awoke at 5am realising i didnt go to the loo, went, returned to bed, and to my shock horror, awoke at 2pm this afternoon - suppose to be at work at 11am - but I agree that regular times and less sleep, even for us old 35 years old (hahaha, still amused by that one - im 35) we dont need more than 7-8 hours sleep.
