Double posts, and stiffness

I've gotten several emails twice, and always figured someone had sent them twice. Now I see one I sent earlier today showing up a again. I swear I only sent it once folks!

I've had too much to say the last couple of days, but I promise this will be my last for a while. (Fingers crossed behind my back...)

With all the talk of stiffness I don't remember anyone saying WHERE they were stiff. Am I alone in experiencing stiff abs, back and intercostal muscles as well as stiff legs? Or are you folks also having these problems too?

Just curious.

I am stiff in the legs, hips and one side of the back from PLS. I get much stiffer in those same areas when I take LDN that it worries me. I have been on 15mgs for 1 week.
