Guest guest
I am sorta rural and am ready to go to the next farm w/ cows or goats on it and see if they will sell me milk. Have you checked out this list of raw dairy farms? When I searched this site I found a raw dairy farm 20 minutes from my house (tucked away on a dirt road) and I now go there once a week. The raw yogurt she makes is the best in the world. Where Can I Find Real (Raw) Milk? Gloria
Guest guest
It's cheaper at the dairy. http://www.organicpastures.com/stores.html Yes, I believe that it is cheaper at the Dairy, but not by much. However, there is no deception here as Dr. Mercola lists his source and everyone is free to go directly to the dairy to make their purchases. Keep in mind that no matter where you purchase Certified Organic Dairy, it is frozen. It costs about $1.00 a pound to ship by UPS so after you calculate the number of pounds of raw dairy, you have to add to that the cost of the container, and the ice which brings the total weight up somewhat. Soak them for at least twelve hours. Drain. Put in blender with enough water to cover and liquify the heck out of it. Any flavouring that you like, honey/vanilla/etc add. Let sit overnight over a strainer, and enjoy the liquid! I even have my 6 year old son almost completely weaned off of dairy milk using this stuff. It really tastes great over oats!!! Guest guest
, The higher the butterfat content of dairy, the lower the lactose, so butter contains the lowest lactose of any dairy. Bee
