I'm 10 days on LDN, I started with 5mgs, way too much for me!! Went to 3mgs, also too much for me!! Am now on 1.5mgs and I'm doing o.k. I plan on sticking with that dosage for a couple of weeks. I have too agree with the advice to start with 1.5mgs capsules form Skips, you can take 1, 2 or 3 capsules as you see how your body tolerates the LDN. Every ones body has a different tolerance, you will just have to find that out for yourself, I'm sorry, can't help you with that!!
