Guest guest
Too many people have yeast problems, women and men and it's unfortunate that currently most of those folks will never figure that out or know what it feels like to live w/o it. I was actually one of these people. No one could really help me and I was resigned to being sluggish, feeling like crap with no energy, chronic vaginal infections, etc. for years. Then I went off sugar for a week, and voila! I felt like I was reborn. One bite of a cookie and it all came back. It's really hard at times because I can't eat one drop of sugar or I'm back to Day One. If I drink a half glass of wine I can barely get out of bed the next day. I am now feeling my gum problems are yeast related. The dentist explained something about my not having enough "good bacteria" in my mouth and a lowered immune function and the result is chronic infection and gum problems. He didn't use the term "yeast", but I put two and two together and came to my own conclusion. It is an insidious disease. Gloria
Guest guest
Yes, yeast infections will affect many things in the body. A friend of mine gets terrible debilitating migraines and I just know it's from yeast overgrowth. I know her history...lots of antibiotics. The doctors can't find the cause of the headaches. It just reeks of "Candida" to me. Gloria

Guest guest
Gloria, How is your friends diet? In my opinion, not very good. She tries to stay away from caffeine and sugar, but outside of that, it's pretty much typical American diet. By my standards (lots of grains and veggies) it isn't going to heal much of anything. She *does* drink a lot of water, though. Gloria
Guest guest
Tell her to also stay away from dairy also. She had been holding back on the dairy, but I don't think she has stopped eating it completely. She has some kind of cysts in her breasts which she's had for years and she started backing off on the dairy and caffeine because of them. She also had her gall bladder removed last year (a good L/GB cleanse might have done the trick, but the doctors convinced her to get it out). ... more of the fresh fruits, veggies, and sprouted grains would be okay. And at least a 3 day juice fast/cleanse would benefit her. I know she had a juicer but only used it once or twice. The thing that bothers me is these migraines she gets. She is literally on the floor crying with them and I feel helpless when I see her. I realize that many people won't or can't go on a strict diet, even if it means possibly healing themselves. She's also a workaholic, which doesn't help. She thinks that's where much of the problem comes from. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll pass them on. Guest guest
This is what friends are for Gloria... I can't tell you the number of bottles I've given to family and friends...It doesn't have to be a big bottle... if she only takes a dropperful a day it would help. And when someone sees or feels something working many times they want to go farther and do more. I used to make her stuff, but in March she moved about 600 miles away and I haven't been giving her any more of my remedies. I'll just get some of my super tonic together and send it to her. Thanks!
