Guest guest
Hi Kell, You're right miracles do happen. If they didn't we wouldn't have found LDN or each other. I don't know how much you know so I'm just gonna tell you stuff as if you've never heard them. First, make sure you get lots of fluid. Believe it or not that little tip does help to make you more alert among other things. Do you take aspirin at all? Everybody has their own aspirin tolerance, of course, but until I began taking LDN, I took (3)325mg asprin tablets per day. It helped everything to work better, especially coordination. Now that I am on the LDN, I have been able to cut back to only 2 tablets a day and it looks like I will be cutting back to 1 tablet soon. Also, do finger strengthening exercises...you know, something that creates mild resistance against your fingers. Most important rest and recover if and when you need to. Play your guitar in the morning if your left hand weakens by midday. Remember it takes time to improve...it's not gonna happen in one day so relax. Worrying about something which you cannot control changes nothing except your stress level.
