Guest guest Posted May 6, 2004 Report Share Posted May 6, 2004 I do my very best to walk at least 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile twice a day . . . I've measured out doing laps around the inside of my house - 20 laps=1/2 mile. I do at least 20 laps in the morning before I go to work, and another 20 while I'm home at lunch. (I try to do 35, but can't always.) Boring, but a safe environment and does not take too long! Hate doing it but so what. Hate a lot about my life right now, being thin would be nice, and at least this is something about my body that I feel a tiny bit of control over.
