Guest guest
Hello, in principle it does not make a difference. But the LED TV's do consume less electricity, so their inner electrical parts may be of better quality. And may produce less *dirty air*. I have measured some types of Samsung, which are quite good. It may make also a difference, if you use cable directly (analogue), or a digital converter, like the satellite signals use in their receivers. The signals are then digitally, and they may do something in the imaging of the TV, which you may perceive as *dirty air*. It is all very complicated. There are very good TV's and there are very bad ones. But the manufacturors do change the type numbers (and letters) quicker than I can measure them. Thanks K ------------------------------------
Guest guest
Hi Ok, thanks. Yes, seems like one would have to individually measure any given TV, both with meters and with effect on oneself. > > Hello, > > in principle it does not make a difference. > > Greetings, > Claessens > member Verband Baubiologie > www.milieuziektes.nl > www.milieuziektes.be > www.hetbitje.nl > checked by Norton > > > > > Question for re LCD vs LED > > > Hi > > Was wondering what you thought of LED TVs (and monitors) vs LCDs > regarding dirty electricity. > > Thanks > K > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
