Guest guest
My neuro finally put me on LDN. I've been on 2.5mgs for about a month. I told my neuro that I thought the dose should be higher but I think he is waiting for the shoe to drop. He can not believe that I have been off ALL my medications for a month and am doing fine! How do you know if you need to up the doseage? I never sleep at night, but even on this low-dose I wake up with more energy than ever before. About two weeks ago I got too hot and boy I started going down hill fast- but after I cooled off and rested for about 18 hours I was back to my old self. Anybody have any similiar circumstances? would appreciate all the info- pat

Guest guest
Kathy, it's not true anymore that Dr. Bihari recommends 4.5 to everyone with an autoimmune disease. About six months ago, the website was amended and states that people with MS, at least, who've experienced stiffness/spasticity should begin at 3. And if we're doing well on 3 mg, there's no reason to increase the dosage.
