Dear Zaldamo and willplayforfood99,

I just want to commend both of you for your input and correct answers

and methods. It is not easy to place yourself in-front of so many

students/people! Feels kind of bare, until you get some validation

and appreciation. So this post is to give you both.

In addition, Thank you Logey and Zaldamo for your posting of

questions that stimulated discussion on this site. Many members are

afraid to exposae them selves and believe that their questions are

stupid or dumb. But the truth is if YOU are questioning something,

chances are so are other students/members? NO question is a stupid

question. Everyone on this site is at a different level of

understanding of pharmacy.

Ever since the tutorials have been about 90% complete in subject

matter AND coincidentally the tests have gone electronic, this site

has had less and less activity, input and feedback. I have to add

LOTS more private email!~ I do not get the correlation but it is a

fact! So I try to post what others have emailed me privately. Thank

you (all three of you) for your posts and for your activity on the

site. KNOW that you have helped many others!

Special thanks to Mark and Deb for their input as educators. It is

very much needed and warranted to have such input from other

instructors. Just as various students/members learn in different

ways, teachers instruct in different ways. And we as educators have

various points of view. This can help the wide variety of learning

methods for the membership.

Thank YOU Jeanetta for having this group available for everyone to come and seek

assistance!

I like to help when I can as I'm thankful when I've gotten help.

When I post what I think is way to solve problems I cringe a bit thinking " What

if I'm wrong " and then hesitate to push the send button for a moment.

Then I realize that if I am wrong, someone will point it out and then I can

learn from my mistake.

Dear Zaldamo,

The truth is that you and all newbies to the site are on " moderate " ! So

the good news is that I read and filter them! :) Soooooooooo if you did

make a mistake, I probably would not post it, IF I caught it. But I am

human and can make a mistake here and there too. Try not to, it is

rare, but one never knows. So I am a 'net' for you . I " do not " have a

net! :) Keep submitting and I will check on correcteness/accuracy.

As I have stated in the rules of the site, only post answers to what

you are comfortable with and sure about, never post when in doubt. So

you are following that. You input can only lead to your own personal

and professional deveolpment.

Respectfully,

Thank you Jeanetta for providing a great resource and forum for those

needing help! I too was hesitant to post my answer since I am still

only halfway through my review material but I do enjoy seeing other

people's questions and trying to help or figure out the answer.

You provide a great service Jeanetta!

Thank you willplayforfood99,

I do not do this alone! Most of the tutorials are mine, I answer most

of the posts and questions, but many are behind the scenes!

I have dear friends, colleagues and TEXPERTS who I can contact and

ask them questions and to post about things I may not have experience

in. Usually they will post as they too observe ths site. Some will

email me privately to give me information to help you all.

I am very fortuante and blessed to have such a great group of people

to be here to help you all. So allow me to extend your appreciation

to them too!

For a list of the specific texperts names see the files.

Thank you for yoru displayed appreciation,

That is what keeps me and the team going!
