Why can't online classes be on my time zone?

I've been getting this message "Why can't the on-line classes be on my time zone or a bit latter?" from people outside of the USA and those on the West Coast and Hawaii. Let me address this.

The classes are done for the convenience of the majority of the technicians (who fall in the Continental USA), and of course we all have different hours of work and other scheduled activities. But, the good news is that these are all recorded by Vital Connection (www.vital-connection.com). So that you can order them when the class is listed and then go into the site anytime after the class; if the time zone was not convenient for you, because they record and then they are stored within 30 min to 1 hour after it is done. They are placed into the library for your return visit, or first visit so that you don't have to take a lot of notes the first time and can sit back and absorb, and so you can work within your own time zone and schedule.

This recording is for another reason...some have problems with their computers taking the information in quickly during a live class (streaming). We use several programs at one time, the Clasp 32 is often used, word documents and Power Point. This is done to give you better information. This streaming problem only happens IF you have a slower server. If this happens don't panic, watch what you can and then you can go back and watch it again and take notes. Now the saved file will download into your computer from the library and you won't have the voice problem, it will be there as the others heard the class.

If you cannot see a whole screen, then you need to check the settings from your computer which is not allowing it to expand.
