Guest guest
I have fibromyalgia and have been taking LDN for about 5 weeks. I feel good but don't have any remarkable improvement except that I notice that I have not had any seasonal allergies this year (I live in Atlanta and I am usually miserable with allergies in the Spring). I got LDN from another doctor and returned yesterday to the Physiatrist who treats me for fibromyalgia. She was very interested in 's survey results, my allergy story, and the potential for LDN to boost the immune system (she gets it!). I had read previous posts on fillers and possible problems with calcium carbonate. I am also lactose intolerant. She suggested using magnesium as a filler. It is great for fibro patients, and good for anyone with muscle spasms. She called in the prescription late Friday so I will have to call the pharmacist on Monday to see if magnesium is compatible with naltrexone. If so, I will have an added benefit with my nightly dose. I'll be in touch.
