Guest guest
25mg should still be harmless... It will make him feel worse, not better, but it's still half of the 50mg that was tested in trials... It would totally block endorphin production so you'd feel worse, but it shouldn't do any harm. Guest guest
The same thing happened to me with a friend in Ohio .. she was on 50mg for over a week. She felt fine on it! She is now crushing the pills and mixing with water and on 4.5mg nightly. She is doing well. He will be fine. All the Best --- In low dose naltrexone , " Friday " <paraschick@y...> wrote:
Guest guest
Thanks , and all who responsed both here and in private - just goes to show how different bodies tolerate different doses and have different coping mechanisms. I think 25mg is frightening, let alone 50. I now have peace of mind. So, ths old mans body will kick in and produce more endorphins now, or none at all? Guest guest
Hi Friday .. Naltrexone at 50mg blocks opioid receptors so if he is on any narcotic meds the effect would have been blocked. As long as he is not on any narcotics or immunosuppressive therapies I would tell him to start at 4.5mg and work his way down only if he has an issue. It takes 3 to 5 days for most drugs to get out of the system but he only took 25mg for one night so I would suggest he takes the 4.5mg tonight as long as his stomach can handle it .. if not wait another night. His body will kick in tonight and produce endorphins ... if he takes 4.5mg LDN he will produce 3 times as many. He will be fine.

Apparently no problems. Sounds like " creative " testing to me. Steve
