Guest guest
Has anyone ever noticed a connection between low body temperature and ES?? Since I got sick (about 5 yrs ago), my body temp has averaged around 97.3. I've noticed that the closer it is to normal, the less sensitive I am to EMF's. At the moment, I have some weird flu-type virus, but had to get a few things at the grocery store just to get through the week. I'm running a slight fever -- 99 degrees -- and I did much better at the store even though I'm exhausted from being sick. Weird! Has anyone had any experience with that? Anyone have any theories about that connection? Thanks! Amy
Guest guest
if you are referring to thyroid " blood " tests, they are designed to only pick up when the thyroid is basically rock bottom. The most accurate way to test for thryoid is using " the barnes basal temperature test " you can google this. it involves taking your temp in the morning before getting out of bed, for a week, and then averaging out the temperature. I have done a huge amt of research on thryoid. Mainstream medicine keeps " lowering " the parameters on thyroid blood tests. Relying on blood tests for thyroid levels is quite simply dangerous, because the thryoid controls: the heart, the metabolism, brain clarity, memory recall, candida levels, chlolesteral levels, emotions, and many other functions. I call the thyroid the " elevator to the brain " . Iodine is essential to good health. Upwards of 90% of the population was already deficient in Iodine, long before fukushima hit. Lizzie And for those dealing with both adrenal and thyroid issues, both must be supported. Without enough adrenal function, any thryoid help is not able to be metabolized. From: SArjuna@... (I read one by Brownstein with more details, somewhere.) I came across Brownstein's writing while researching what to take to deal with Fukushima fallout, and began taking a teaspoon of kelp granules with each meal. (Harvested before the Fukushima event.) I'm sleeping better and my hands and feet are warmer. Though my thyroid tested OK, my body temperature was 97.6 for years. Now it's 98.3. Guest guest
Glitter,  My temp changes according to how much emf I am around. I am normal (98.4--well, almost normal) when in a low emf environment; but after being in a high emf environment, when my symptoms begin to subside, I get the chills. I think that is due to my being inflamed during the exposure (tho I do not always feel hot), but it is a constant that, as my body adjusts back to normal after a bad emf exposure, I spend a number of hours wrapped in a blanket, shivering. I have the same experience with chemical toxins, tho, not just emfs.  My pole post, Diane From: Amy <amygreen53@...> Subject: low body temp.
