Guest guest
Bev, I'm in the same situation, I need company and motivation to do activities like swimming - and seeing as its the only way my body can be free to move without much effort, I better get a programme happening too - even if its means enrolling in a group for physio where they have all the support needs I need, like grab rails, ramps, even hoists to help me into the water, for the first very times till my body gets use to the routine - my muscles are just not accustomed to moving much anymore - and it is my fault - I let myself go as far as exercise - I've just taken my first 3mg's of LDN 5 minutes ago, and I dont know if its a mind thing - but I feel 'high' already - stupid of me? or does it do that so fast? The weather here in Sydney is what I think is PERFECT for MS - 22-24 everyday, nice bit of warmth from the sun, but gentle - and of course, colder at night - but not too much. So, im glad im starting LDN in this weather rather than in extreme heat. All the best Friday --- In low dose naltrexone , " Bev " <bbjtwo@c...> wrote: > Hi Friday, > Yes, I do know that...got to get going....I need to take charge!!!! > How is your weather right now? > Nice reading your e mails all along! > Bev..BJ > > -------Original Message------- > > From: low dose naltrexone > Date: Friday, May 07, 2004 00:17:37 > low dose naltrexone > Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: Weight Loss - BJ - Swim > > Bev, swimming, even just wading in the pool - its so liberating for > people with movement problems - because you are weightless and the > water holds your balance - just make sure the water isnt too warm - > its exhausting trying to get out and get dressed after being in a > heated pool > > Cheers > > Friday > >
