Dear Members,

I am endorsing a study skills guidebook to help you learn how to

learn better, quicker and to retain information better! I personally

know the author as a professional associate. He is a knowlegeable and

delightful young man from Germany, who developed methods for study

and memorization, which he puts forth in his book:

Mr. Dan Vandon has NO IDEA that I am promoting his book and I DO NOT

derive monetary gain from the sales of this book. Mr. Dan Vandon is

NOT a

pharmacy technician.

I do hope those of you who are embarking on this journey to study for

either the ExCPT or the PTCB exams that you will check out this book

ahead of time, giving yourself enough time to read and put into

practice the methods for study sited and explained in this simple,

but effective book. The book is an EASY read for any one who is

studying for these exams.

Many of you know that I RARELY endorse any product or service unless

I think it will help pharmacy technicians, is not overly priced or

gouging the tech/students pocket ( I recall it is about $14-$15).

So this is a first in a long, long time for me to do so. I am very

picky

and choosey! If my name is attached to a product that I endorse and

I must be certain of its value to pharmacy technicians. What was

remarkable

is how similar the memorization and study techniques that I employ in

my

classroom and teach my students are to those that are outlined in his

book.

However, Dan Vandon goes beyond these methods for study and learning

skills. I

am happy and pleased to endorse this book/product to you all.

Respectfully,

Dear All,

The previous post like this did not state the words " DO NOT " in

reference to derriving money.

However, while sharing World Aids Day 2008 with my students, they

read the post and told me about it. They know me better and wondered

if it was a typo. They also found a couple of typos. So I editied it

and reposted it. IF you read the first poste, you might want to read

the newer one below.

" Mr. Dan Vandon has NO IDEA that I am promoting his book and I DO

NOT derive monetary gain from the sales of this book. Mr. Dan Vandon

is NOT a pharmacy technician. "

Thanks

Jeanetta Mastron CPhT BS
