It is FABULOUS!! Absolutely incredible. There are different types

including a type similar to parmesan- not exactly " crumbly " though but

a hard cheese, From Tuscany. I lived in Florence years ago and feasted

on Pecorino. I also adore fine Parmesan ;-)

If it is made right Romano and Parmesan are delicious. Just have to carefully choose an all natural brand, preferably hand made.
