Guest guest
In my research I have found that the form of B12 that you should use is Methylcobalamin. It is the form that repairs nerves and the myelin sheath. Also take lecithin. The myelin sheath needs lecithin to stay in good shape. And, of course, as good a diet as you can manage. Cut out sugar and refined carbs. beverlydawn

It is the form that repairs nerves and the myelin sheath. I am using B12 as Methylcobalamin as an injection. It is suppose to help rebuild myelin. My Doctor (a Toxicologist who is also chelating me for metals - mercury) believes it is important and best injected as orally only small amounts become useful. As a note I beleive it is essential to be supplementing with zinc if using this, especially if injecting it. Best Alan
