B12 Methylcobalamin

In my research I have found that the form of B12 that you should use is Methylcobalamin. It is the form that repairs nerves and the myelin sheath.

Also take lecithin. The myelin sheath needs lecithin to stay in good shape. And, of course, as good a diet as you can manage. Cut out sugar and refined carbs.

I am using B12 as Methylcobalamin as an injection. It is suppose to

help rebuild myelin. My Doctor (a Toxicologist who is also chelating

me for metals - mercury) believes it is important and best injected

as orally only small amounts become useful.

As a note I beleive it is essential to be supplementing with zinc if

using this, especially if injecting it.
