Guest guest
Hi Sammy, Retail chain pharmacies pay higher wage to pharmacy students in their professional years. Usually somewhere around $20/hr. CVS offers tuition reimbursement to full-time employees and $5000 a year to pharmacy students who work for CVS for 18 months upon graduation. Ecclesiastes 2:10 Dear Sammy, I do not know of a 'specific' one(s), but I do know that many hospitals " used to " have 'education' as a benefit if the person was studying more health realated subjects to further the career and contracted to stay with the hospital for a specific length of time after they got the diploma, certificate of completion, However I am not sure if this type of benefit still exists. My suspicion is that it does for specific careers and for specific states. I can tell you that it is not considered a question that you would want to ask about in your initial hiring interview. One should not ask about benefits or money in the first interview. On,y ask these questions in the call back or the offering interview, only after the offer has been made.. Let's open this question up for opinions experience and recent information to our members and TEXTS. I also plan to go to study pre-pharmacy and pharm.D. Do you know if any company reimburse pharmacy technicians for their tuition expense. Thank you!
