Guest guest
Hi Jeanetta, I have challenged several questions on the PTCB national exam but never heard back from them. The questions challenged were in most cases ambiguous type of questions or questions that seemed irrelevant as far as being a Pharmacy Technician was concerned. I am sure they look at them and even may think about the challenge, but from there I am not sure what happens as to whether they are changed, eliminated or enter the twilight zone. Guest guest
Yes Joe I too challenged the PTCB on two questions. You will NOT hear back from them and they tell you this. However if youopt to pay for hand scoring of your exam (not sure if this is still possible with the e-testing system) you would know if they gave you credit for your answer. But you will never know if they decided to reword the questions or answers, through out the question or answers, keep it in etc. Reason? Keeping the integrity of the exam. If you knew what they did you may tell others. So they protect the result or finding.
