Passed the 60 day mark on LDN @ 4.5mg. First 3 weeks were hard

falling asleep. Took lorazapam (not sure of spelling) which I had

been rxed years back for the once every 2 months or so I had

insomnia. Took it 10 or 12 times with LDN and worked great. After

first 3 weeks I sleep better than every before. Have not needed a

sleeping aid once since. If I need help again I will try melatonin

out of curiosity.

For years I have tended to end up sleeping with my arms over my

head. It seems if I don't (I don't start out that way but often end

up that way) my hands seem to " fall asleep " . Often wondered why, and

noticed a couple of posts mentioning similiar stuff (hands falling

asleep). Anyone else? Any thoughts? Just always struck me as odd,

not considered a priority by my Family Doc. Could it be some kind of

MS indicator, symptom, poor circulation, or just a quirk?

Thanks

Alan
