Drinking distilled water, RO water, spring water, well water, tap water, rain water, what have you water. Which is best! RO water is very good water but RO systems are very inefficient and you have to continually change the membrane which is used to filter out the sediment. Now I am not sure if ROsystems have improved over the years or not but I tend to think they haven't improved enough. RO does not get rid of the chlorine and flourine, insecticides, pesticides and herbicides let alone a lot of the chemicals that find their way into the water supply. There is no such thing as pure spring water anymore. Thanks to the industrial revolution and greed. Well water is not pure, good but not pure. Forget tap water. Rain water is good but not pure anymore either. Distilled water, if done correctly, is pure. Distilled to get rid of DS (dissolved solids) and then run through a carbon filter to get rid of chemicals that might have crossed over during the distillation. The best way to distill water is the way God distills water. Use the sun. There is no better way. Using the sun does not heat the water to the point where it becomes dead water (this is what water distillers do they heat the water too hot which is why people say that distilled water is dead water). Of course even using a distiller one can then just place the water out in the sun for the day, pray over it, use the magnetic energy of your own hands, magnetize it, sing to it, play Bach or Mozart to it and you will bring it back to life. Everyone likes to use Masaru Emoto as the definitive truth that distilled water is dead. But they don't usually go on to tell you the rest of his findings that prayer, placing the water on certain pictures, playing music to it will bring it back to its naturally and properly hydrogen bond distance and angle. I only drink distilled water and nothing else, unless I cannot get distilled water. I do not have a distiller yet so have to rely upon store bought. However, I take the water and pour it into a large glass bottle with a very wide mouth. I then place it in the sun first thing in the morning to catch the first rays and leave it till the sun goes down. I have two large bottles that I use. They both hold a little over 4 liters of water. It is excellent tasting water and I have no problems drinking it. I also like to add the juice of freshly squeezed lemon to my water. Gives it a real lift. If the sun refuses to shine on a day I need to enliven my water then I will pray over it and set it ourside anyway. There are a lot of people who will tell you that distilled water will remove the minerals from your body. This is very true but the minerals it removes are the inorganic ones that your body cannot use anyway. The organic minerals that are in your body are already taken up by the cells to do whatever the cells need them for. The inorganic minerals just plug up your kidneys, get stored in your joints, tissues and organs. Many people profit from attempting to dissuade others from using distilled water. Others are just ignorant or naive in their thinking. I decided several years ago to test the truth of drinking distilled water on myself. This way I will know for certain the truth of the matter. I do know that when I drink distilled water that I have less pain in my lower back, well actually almost no pain, and when I drink mineralized bottled water I suffer much more pain. Okay, my two cents worth. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Don, Very interesting. How long would it take you to have the pain from the mineralized water? and why do you think you would get the pain from it and not the distilled? I can't say that I have noticed a difference, but the most water I drink at a time that is not distilled is probably 20 oz or so. Thanks, D

Thanks, D* =--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Hi Deborah, I can usually feel my back beginning to hurt within a days time. I believe that the pain comes from the kidneys trying to offload the inorganic minerals. Just my theory anyway. If I go back to drinking distilled water the pain goes away within 24 - 48 hours. Of course, I use lemon juice in my distilled water too. I like being alkaline. Do you drink the water plain or are you adding in lemon juice? If you have any gravel or kidney stones the lemon juice will dissolve them and allow your kidneys to expel them. Otherwise, they will stay right there and continue to hurt your kidneys. My problem is I hurt my back while in high school and it has bothered me ever since. It may be kidneys but I think it is more spinal. However, when I do drink mineralized water I can feel my kidneys and they let me know they don't appreciate the water. LOL So I just stick with distilled water with lemon juice added in. Makes for a wonderful internal body cleanser. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. I don't use sugar either unless it is raw Rapadura or molasses sugar and then very little. However, I can tell you that both sugar and alcohol will dehydrate you which can cause kidney pain. It is best to not drink alcohol or sodas period. They are just plain not good for our bodies. They dehydrate you, alcohol wreaks havoc on the liver and sodas destroy ones spleen, among other things. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. D * > > -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Hi Deborah, Dentists say the strangest things. Lemon juice, yes it is acidic, but once inside the mouth becomes alkaline. Lemon juice has been proven to have no detrimental effect on the teeth. If this were the case mine would have long ago rotted away. I have always loved lemons and their juice. I even eat them plain just for the fun of watching others pucker up. Hehehehe Not really. But I do eat them and have never had a problem with the enamel on my teeth. The worst thing for the enamel on your teeth besides sugar is your toothbrush. That's right your toothbrush. A person should only use an ultrasoft bristle toothbrush. Anything else will scratch the enamel and wear it away. Too bad they don't make natural bristle tooth brushes. You can use a stick of licorice root to brush your teeth with. This works. Just suck the end till it is soft and use it to brush. Indians did this and used other sticks besides. Natural bristles. Am I to understand that you have vision problems? Also concerning your FMS, CFS, Arthritis, etc would you be so kind as to fill me in on what exactly your diet consists of on a daily basis? IE>> what do you drink and how much of each, please be specific. What do you eat and how much, again please be specific. What medications are you currently taking? What supplements are you currently taking? What other remedies are you currently taking? Are you seeing anyone for your conditions? I am asking all these because no one needs to live in pain. I do realize that sometimes it is just a way of life but it can be lessened tremendously. Peace be with you Deborah. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. What type of bottled water do you drink during the night? Normally one will not feel kidney pain in the abdomen. It will be felt in the small of the back. Where is this pain located, that you get after peeing? Urethra? I don't buy the gyno babble either. What other liquids do you drink during the evening? Coffee, tea, alcohol, sodas? What do you eat during the evening? Desserts? Heavy foods? -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Are you drinking it cold during the night or is it room temp? Might consider changing your coffee and cocoa to some other time of the day and see what effect that has on the stomach pains during the night. As for the lower abdominal pain I need you to be more specific about where and how it manifests or feels. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Try taking a glass in with you to bed and allowing it to warm up to room temp. Then see if you have the same problem.
