Kim, it sounds like you're doing just fine on 4.5 mg. From what I've read

and from what Dr. Bihari has told me, people generally go from 4.5 to 3 when

their insomnia is lasting a very long time and/or when their stiffness and

spasticity have increased.

carrie - sleep quite well, never get up to potty till morning. use to be like clock work at 3 or 3:30 a.m. stiffness is just a tad stronger but with a good stretch and some walking around it goes away. only have a couple pills left but pharmacy in NY is closed for the holiday. chilly here in pennsylvania, and rainy again. wish i could send some to friends down south who need it. love, kim
