Guest guest
Thank you for the information, Bren. I will definitely check it out. Does anyone else use this massager and does it come with instructions? I'm curious what you mean when you say that what we're feeling in our calves is " quite common with LDN treatment. " Are you talking about the general tightness or the fact that the tightness seems to be moving from the quadricep area to the calves? And finally, how does one know if they are actually " awakened " muscles? I was wondering if it's possible that those muscles hurt now because of compensation... I and many others on LDN think that the peculiar/increased symptoms on LDN is waking up areas and muscles that haven't been used regularly or properly that are affected by MS's damage. Our endorphins are located in our pituitary gland. The massager has good instructions and photos on how to use.
