But a good place to start is by reading..... here are some initial titles **MS..A self help guide ....Judy Graham...................A bit dated but good on the Oil supplements H as been proven to be a REAL help (not a cure),.. good on basic supplements as well. **Alternative Medicine and MS by C>Bowling MD ,PH D This is a recent discovery of mine , I dont necessarily agree with all in it, but he is reasonably unbiased for a Medico. **Swanks books on MS ... i used this method unconsciously to lose weight many years ago, when i awas having my first ever attack , and got better. I wasnt diagnosed back then. But that was in the very early days. But i Still watch my Saturated fat intake. Start off with these three then start surfing the web ,if you have time..plus the following web sites .... "Regenics " health center in the UK for the Macdougall info .....free*** Ashton Embrys website .......These two sort of go together. The Tahooma clinic in Arizona ?? website interesting about digestive stuff with MS patients. I ignore the Prokarin stuff after i thorougly investigated it .too expensive ..Ive got 2 kids it would put me inthe poor box! but "goodshapes" website should be looked .Its about the homemade, histamine cream. Australian research people have just found out ..that the ist event in MS is the Olgliodendrite cells ....the myelin producers......dying .The immune stuff comes next. But all the above references will still cal l it an ''auto mmune disease." This is going to take quite a while to change but has been theorized for the last 5? years. And of course LDN site s everywhere.....but read the UK ones as welll..Dr Lawrence.... Hope you find something useful...and remember to follow YOUR nose... Keep well Louise OZ
