First go out and get the book Body For Life by Bill . After you read it

thoroughly, write down your goals as the book asks you to. Then plan out how

you will get your weightlifting workouts and cardio workouts done. Next, plan

out your meals for the week based on the book's requirements. Then go grocery

shopping. Next clean out all the garbage food from your house and get a nice

big water bottle. All this took me about 2 weeks. Then - ready set go! You're

off to the races and enjoy your new way of life!

I'm looking for a good plan and came upon this site. I never heard

of " Body for Life " but it sounds good. HOw do I get started with the

plan. Please help
