Dear Friday, that is GREAT News!!! Start trying to do excersises to streghthen your core. This has helped me tremendously. Could not even attempt before LDN. You don't seem the meek kind to me(lol)

Watch that Lipitor, that may be the reason for the personality change. My husband , who is the sweetest , gentlest, kindest man, became the nastiest, depressed, short fused person , with back pain, after 6 months of Lipitor 20mgs.

It took a while to trace it back to the Lipitor, but that was it for sure.! After he stopped taking it, in 6 weeks, he was back to normal and no more back pain.

It could be your total attitude has changed because you are feeling better and only that, but just make a note about the Lipitor.

Keep up the good work! Kiki
