this topic comes up regularly YET no one seems to answer the

question. Some have been satisfied with Penn while others have

not ahd good luck.

Read what has beens said as an answer the the same question you had,

since the beginning of this site in 2002. You will find MANY posts

for this year alone. You should also use the words ' online courses'

to see what else comes up.

My site is online tutoring and supplements any program you do. While

it, alone, can help you to understand the material to pass the exam;

I always advise the use of a good quality book to guide you. What

ever you feel stuck in after using your book, find the topic in the

5th Folder of the Files and Links sections. If that does not help

then post your question.

Of course there is not diploma of graduation from this site! So if

your state needs that you will have to find a program that your state

approves of. There in lies a potential problem. Some states require

education and training but will not accept distance learning/computer

based programs.

Hope this helps, please get back to me with what you decide to do. It

is entirely possible that someone reading your post and this reply

will post about their experience with a computer based training

program.

Cost should be no more than $500 if there is live interaction with a

teacher. If it has no live interaction and no 'interactive' teaching

then it is simply has material to read online (like this/my FREE

site) then I would suggest no more than $80 because you will still

need a good book. Of course the money/cost is my personal opinion.
