i can't get on the ptcb site!

I finally have the funds and the chance to do my re-certification, and both ie

and Firefox can't get into the ptcb website! anyone else encountering problems?

I couldn't get on either...its on their end---whatever " it " may be.

i called them last night and they said to try tommarrow and they were doing

maintenence. 

i was talking to my husband about it and apparently some site he frequents were

down as well. hopefully it will be up tommarrow when i will get the chance

to try again.

we tried again after 10pm last night (since it would have been after midnight

eastern) and it was still down.  hopefully its fixed and will stay fixed so i

can do it tommarrow.
