Guest guest
What's this air bubble? Is it like a burp that got stuck? I remember this indigestion like feeling in the beginning and someone at that time suggested to eat a snack and drink a glass of water with your ldn. so being a hungry person anyway I eat a cracker with cheeze and drink a large glass of water with my pill. Problem solved. I was worried about too much water right at bed time but once my bladder control issues ratified themselves(after three days) there was no more problems with that either. I started on 4.5mgs. and after a month went down to 3.5 then every month after I changed my dose by one mg. or a half until I found the right dose for me which is three (I think). I can remember my first night on ldn very well I was so excited that I couldn't get to sleep and then when I did I slept very fitfully. I guess I had put such hope in this miracle drug that it was kinda like the night before Christmas all over again.(when I was six that is). But that was all that it was, sure there were some nights (most in fact ) that I woke up at 2:00 just to listen to my wife snore, but now after seven months I sleep like a rock. It is because of all the people on these boards and how interactive we all are that I and many others like me are on ldn. There is no way I could ever be convinced that ldn is harmfull hey I can even stand to drink a beer again for months Alcohol was "nicht gut",so the way I see it it is only harmful to the brewers of America at that point. If that is harmful then more power to us! I'm wondering if anyone has had anything similar happen. I took my first LDN last night at 10pm but I think I should have let my body have a few more days between the steriod and the LDN. I literally didn't sleep at all last night and today I'm just feeling "off" and very worn out. I got an air bubble in my chest last night that wouldn't go away and felt like I was going to be sick. I've had these air bubbles before but never this bad. I'm thinking my body is just so worn out from the steriods and lack of sleep that I should have waited. Now I think I'll wait about 5 days to rest. What do yall think? ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here

I'VE BEEN ON 4.5 FOR THREE WEEKS WITH NO ADVERSE REACTIONS. MY BALANCE SEEMS TO BE GETTING BETTER, ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENING AND THE BLADDER CONTROL IS BETTER. THANKS, KIM R P.S. Guest guest
OK I will try but it isn,t easy to explain, How do you know when you have had too much to drink? Get a little more unstable than usual?Feel maybe not quite with it? Maybe you never drank or partyed to much, but in my youth I did and that is kind of what I can relate too. Now a days when I have to go to the washroom more than once every four hours, when I get up from sitting and it takes longer than just five or ten seconds to get my land legs under me, or when the left hand seems to be stiffer than yesterday, these are all indicators that some thing needs changing. So all I can change is my dose as the time factor seems to be pretty well set in stone, and then the next day I can see results either in the negative,or for the better.I make another adjustment up or down depending on that as needs be. I don't have any problem doing that as my wife does the dividing up of the capsules for me, and she is very careful to proportion the powder from my capsules into equal piles. Yes snorting it has crossed my mind but then I have only seen this done on TV and it is not for me!I have nasal rhinitis anyway and I don't need to exaserbate that. Problem solved. Hi Reg and thanks for the encouragment. The bubble was very much like an acidy burp that wouldn't go anywhere. I think I had some stomach issues going on so that didn't help. I will keep it in mind to eat a little cracker when I take the LDN. I'm still going to hold off another 2 days and then start it up. LOL about the kid at Christmas feeling. That was it exactly. Guest guest
Do you think it may have been the steroids causing the bubble in your chest. When I had Solumed drip, the nurse called ahaead and told me to get Pepcid AC to have in the house because the steroids can cause heartburn. Just a thought. Guest guest
When I am on steroids my doc has me on Prilosec 2 xs a day. However, that doesn't work so well any more so I'm on Nexium. (by the 3rd dose of seroids I have terrible heartburn)
