Vit.B12 (as methylcobalamin)......1000mcg

Vit.B6 (as pyridoxene HCI)...............5mg

Folic acid ...................................400mcg

Biotin .........................................25mcg

It`s sublingual, seems to be a very good price to me! (also lists sorbitol amongst ingredients, I haven`t got around to checking that out yet?) -They also do a 5000mcg tablet.
