Hey, there is nothing I or anyone else can say that makes it easy for anyone who isn't doing well with LDN. I know it has got to be hard to read how others are doing so well. But we've all got to stick it out together, because until we get some medical science and trials on our side, this is all a crap shoot. From the huge variations reported in such minute changes as half a milligram, it doesn't surprise me that not everyone can guess right on this. And once we get some answers, then there will be a much better chance that more can get it right. Remember, LDN is cheap, does no harm, and just might be stavng off MS worsening. Guest guest
I am now going to blow your socks off! For the last couple of weeks I have not had great improvements any more so I started to rub in the 3mg capsul onto my thigh instead of swallowing it This has had some very pleasent results better yet with the bladder control less dizzyness and longer standing time. I still do this at ten oclock and rub it in with a massage oil (Hempola) Then two nights ago I swallowed a pill and it didn't work the same, yesterday so last night it was back to the rubbing it in procedure. Now why this is I really can't say but all I know is that I like it. And you may have to experiment even more than others but whatever you do don't quit just because it seems to be doing nothing! Guest guest
Reg, what does the filler do? Avicel supposedly doesn't dissolve... I'm not sure how this works. Are you just opening the capsule and rubbing it in with the massage oil? And does it matter what kind of oil is used? Perhaps oil might interfere with absorption? I'm interested in this approach since I get good results from transdermal pregesterone, but I do wonder about the non LDN contents of the capsules. ----- Original Message ----- From: Reg Kreil low dose naltrexone Sent: Saturday, June 05, 2004 9:29 AM Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Re: LDN Progress??? Guest guest
Acidophilus doesn't realy disolve either, there seems to be some grains in it that feel like rubbing pumice on your skin, but those fall off, I guess since next morning my arm or thigh is soft and smooth, I wonder..... should I try it on my face to give it a youthful glow? I have used Udo's oil also which is supposed to be a substitute for all the essential fatty acids that you are missing in your diet I got the same results. Now the big problem is that last night I again was too tired to even want to rub in the capsul so I just swallowed it as usuall.now this morning I am not as good as previously. I hope I am not causing my self more grief than I need but still I have to experiment as I may find the magic number for me, I would so like to run again! Even finding 10,000 for stem cell transplant is out of reach,so I will use what is at hand.
