Thank you Cindi for pointing out the problem. Since I have had others taking the

exams I think perhaps I may have changed soemting when I went through the

site last weekend and the weekend before to re-organize and update the index

or site folders.

The instructions should tell you to log in with SINGLE, not multiple class login

and the rest is the same!

Please tell me exactly WHERE you found these instructions so that I can change

them.

Dear Cindi and All,

The FILES section has Quizzes, Tests and worksheets FOLDER inside the

5- Tutorial - 1 Folder

These are the ORIGINAL instructions you will STILL find there:

Quiz Lab login instructions :

1. Go to http://www.quizlab.com

2. Click the Students and Parents login link.

3. Click the Single Class login button.

4. Enter Studyquiz in the Classword field.

5. Enter Member in the Student Password field and click the login

button.

6. Choose the quiz of your choice. Write down WHEN you begin the

ATTEMPT number so that you can find your test scores in a list. This

number will be the same as your name for that particular `trial' of

that particular quiz.

7. Check the computer screen immediately AFTER the last quiz question

in answered. Your score will appear.

You can also now find similar instructions in brief in the folder in

the LINK section of this site.

Jeanetta,

I found your instructions in the Link section, which you have now corrected.

I was able to login now. However, studyquiz and member must be lower case.

Also, after logging in I selected Assignments and then Mock PTCB Quiz.

Each time that I select Mock PTCB Quiz a different set of questions

comes up. That is a good thing. The problem that I am having is many of the

questions have already been answered, so I am not able to take the quiz.

Sorry to be such a nuisance on this.

No problem at all Cindi.

I just need some clarification to correct the problem. I am not certain if I

understand it all.

1. You can log on now Correct?

I just need to change instructions to lower case?

2. Actually the same quiz and same questions will come up but in a alternate

order.

3. 'Many of the questions have already been answered so you are unable to take

the quiz again' those are not your exact words but that is what I interpreted.

This is the part I need much more clarification. The site will only allow 99

tests to be taken by the study site members.I just was on the site about 2 weeks

ago that showed I was at about 40 test takers. So I am not sure exactly what

you mean.

The maximum number of times it can be retaken is 99.

Please feel free to post here again or email me privately with all the

information about not being able to take the test again.

Thank you very much for pointing out any errors. I am glad my instructions

The instructions on the sheet in the file section are directly from the site.

But I will check them out when I get a chance

Okay Cindi I understand the problem it is on attempt 79 out of 99 and it is

stuck and shows all of the last answers.

I have contacted technical support and we will have to wait. Thank you again.
