Update from the Italian group

As you know, I have been pushing for a trial with the Italian group,

which showed low endorphin levels in MS. The principle researcher

had put the proposal to her department. The reply is below (pl. dont

mind the english). I will send her the information she requests.

I've just received the answers of my chief. He is interested in LDN,

but he

put me some questions.

First of all, he asked me the farmacodinamic findings about the way

of

action of LDN.

Second he would like to see the data on animals. Although EAE isn't

the

perfect model for MS, any data showing an improvement on this

disease could

be usefull.

Have you any hystological finding of reduced apoptosis on neuronal

cells

provided by LDN? or data of reduced CNS inflammation?
