hey guys

been a bit out of sorts lately( started meditation again..it really helps!)...so haven't been as active in here (I still read posts though)..discovered from my sister who is a registered nurse that STEMETIL (anti-nausea old med.) also is used for dizziness..which I get pretty badly..even when just lowering head down slightly and then raising again..really whoozy..and as I still battle with walking (just) daily(short distance and rest..as foot drop wont allow me too far without hell...long live the ol' grunge tight ankle boot look lol!...lost ...legless..without the boots!)... the dizziness..head spinning feeling was terrible.I tried the stemetil..I had left over from nausea a while back...expecting nothing..and guess what!!!..amazing difference in the dizziness..almost gone completely..first time in ages it seems.

So old stemetil....WORKED A CHARM! ..hope this maintains....thought I should let others know..who have same problem with dizziness(as most people assume like me it's use is for only as an anti-nauseant).
