Guest guest
I had just received me Urid Acid results today and I dont know how this reading is understood, but the pathology units measure it like this: My Uric Acid is 0.26 mmol/l - normal range between 0.2 - 0.34 mmol/l. SO im sort of spot on centre - good reading. I found a Uric Acid count from 1994 (I was diagnosed in 1989)and the level was exactly the same reading 0.26 mmol/l (whatever that means, lol). I remember reading in these posts that Uric Acid is low in people with MS? Or was it meant to be understood that only some people with MS have low UA count? Also, my blood sugar levels are normal range, and i remember reading about MS and Diabeties link? Is there anything else that should be tested in the blood for people with MS? What chemicals in our bodies are effected by MS if at all? All my electrolytes, Liver function tests, full blood counts and Iron studies came back in normal ranges. I've never taken vitamin pills or any supplements, so, I dont know what im suppose to boost when all the tests come back normal. All I have done and continue to do is eat normally, bit of everything in moderation, and i love my milk and fruit. Is there any other tests necessary or is that basically it? cheers and thanks in advance Friday
