Sweet Lemon Burdock Saute 2 cups washed/ scrubbed well (but not peeled) Burdock rt -shaved thinly like you would sharpen a pencil 2 teaspoons roasted sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind (organic) 1 teaspoon white miso (sweet) 1/2 c water Saute the burdock in the oil for 5 min to remove the earthy taste- stirring constantly. Add the lemon rind and the water Cover and cook till soft- 15-20 min. Season with the white miso Enjoy ;-) Whole Life Essentials.
