I still have morning stiffness, but it subsides by afternoon. When I

first started on LDN I was on 4.5mg, went down to 3.0mg for about 3

weeks and started getting worse then went back to 4.5 and never

looked back. For the stiffness I take Benofotamine (spelling?) 450mg

and it helps quite bit. I saw imrovements from the very beginning. I

am SPMS for 10 years. Maybe you should go up to 3mg and see what

happens! Good Luck

did you get worse, much worse, before you started to get better....I

have PLS....what do you have....I would really appreciate any info

you can give me. I am in week 6 of 1.5mgs from Skips in Boca Raton

and I'm regressing. My main problem is muscle tightness, cramping

and muscle spasms which are increasing. Thanks
