Guest guest
--- Roy I still have morning stiffness, but it subsides by afternoon. When I first started on LDN I was on 4.5mg, went down to 3.0mg for about 3 weeks and started getting worse then went back to 4.5 and never looked back. For the stiffness I take Benofotamine (spelling?) 450mg and it helps quite bit. I saw imrovements from the very beginning. I am SPMS for 10 years. Maybe you should go up to 3mg and see what happens! Good Luck Steve In low dose naltrexone , Roy <logans@a...> wrote: > Hi Steve: > > It's great to hear that your having such good results on LDN!!!.....keep it up!!!.....question???
