Should I switch back to 3.0?

Hi Everyone,

I haven't posted in quite some time, but I thought I'd look for some

input here. I just don't know what to do. I've been on 4.5 for a

month now and I'm wondering if I should switch back to 3.0. I did

awesome when I first started on 3.0 almost a year ago. I have been

going through a relapse, but I still think I brought it on myself way

back when , when I went to the tanning bed a few times. This relapse

wasn't bad compared to others I had while on Rebif, pretty minor in

fact , but it was still there. I switched to 4.5 when this relapse

was at it's worst. I guess it wasn't a good time to experiment with

a different dose, because now it's hard to tell if it's the different

dosage that is making a difference, or if it's still having to do

with the relapse.

I'm back to having to be careful what I do, which I didn't have to

when I was on 3.0 and before this last relapse. I guess I got

spoiled. All my numbness has gone away, and I generally feel pretty

good, but yesterday I did a lot of work in my garden, and before long

my legs just wouldn't work anymore, and by late afternoon I was using

my wheelchair to get around the house.

I guess my question is did anybody find that they did much better on

3.0 compared to 4.5? It's almost time to refill my rx again and I'm

just not sure which way to go. I think I have about a week's worth

of 3.0 here, I'm thinking of taking those and seeing how it goes. I

know there is nothing cut and dried about MS or about LDN for that

matter, just looking for some input here to help me make up my mind.

Thanks, and hope everyone is doing well.

Kerry
