I have heard that you have to have so many hours of Pharmacy experience before you can take the test. If this is the case I need to start looking for a job somewhere because Walmart wouldn't let me into the Pharmacy, at least not at the store I work for at the moment. They hired someone more qualified and had already been certified as a Technician. > > Anyway back to the subject of this message, so how many hours do I need? > > And is there anything else that is required? I went to Books A Million trying to find me a book to study by, and the girl at the counter helping me said I could buy all the books I wanted, but the only way I was ever going to be certified was by taking the class at a college. She said I can take the test and pass it, but she would be better qualified for a Pharmacy Technician because she would have the classroom work and a diploma where I would only have the test.
