Reorganization of the site files and folders

Dear All,

I am in theprocess of upgrading and reorganization of the site files

and folders due to the input by Liu. If any one has any other

input PLEASE feel free to post or email me privately.

In addition I am only finished with the file and folder section. I

have not begun the link seciton YET.
