LDN - bladder question

For starters, my user name " Rosemist " is the color of my old van. It

was an unusual color which was a favorite of mine! My birthname is Gail.

I know that many of you have had a remarkable change in your bladder

symptoms especially at night. My question is if you do wake up at all,

do you have a sensation that you have to urinate?

I have been on LDN for 1 month, (1.5 for 3 wks, 3 for 1 wk and 4.5 for

2 days). Once I fall asleep, I wake up just about every 2 hours-

usually from a deep sleep lots of vivid dreams. I do urinate and then

go back to sleep pretty easily. I wonder if I wake up and then feel

the need to pee or do I feel the urge and then wake up? It is likely a

bit of both! Is my body just so used to waking up that it is resistant

to change. There have been a few nights recently where I slept 4-5

hours and did not have to pee even after I woke up. I attribute that

to eating foods that have a higher sodium content. Having Sushi works

better than Detrol ever did for me! Most days I wake up well rested

because I go to bed around 9:30 during the week.

Since on LDN, it feels that the urgency is less even if the frequency

at night has not changed. During the day, I believe that the frequency

and urgency is better. The jury is still out on how LDN is affecting me.

I appreciate any insights/suggestions. Thanks!
