Guest guest
Thanks . It sounds like I will need to learn to like rice milk, or eat dry gluten free cereals. I used to eat cream of rice with blueberries in it, no milk - neither cow nor rice. Lately I've mostly been having fruit for breakfast, but it doesn't seem like enough to go on for very long. And I'm no longer able to skip breakfast. Pre LDN I generally didn't need anything to eat until lunch time, and lunch is pretty easy to handle as long as I can get home to eat. Thanks to the LDN I don't really crave the three Cs. Cake, Candy, and Cookies... make that four Cs and add Chocolate to the list. I am not on the BBD group. Can you send me a link?
