Guest guest
Hi Kim, A great exercise for MS is Rebounding(Trampolining). Rebounders are great to loose weigth and exercise all the the body and aswell excellent for the lympathic system. There are good ones on the market from a company called Needak in the USA which even have a bar you can attach to hold on to if you are a bit unstable on your legs. They say even those with limites mobility can use them with the bar. I have information on this page of my site about trampolining if you want a look http://homepage.eircom.net/~mser/exercising.html I use a cheap rebounder that I got from a company here called Argos. IT doe sthe job and I use it most days for a few minutes. I'd love to get one of the Needak Rebounders though as they are amde to perfection and thre's excellent reports about them on the net.
