Guest guest
Hi Martha When you say that you are 100% on raw food, do you mean that you eat absolutely no chicken, or fish. How do you get your protein? I know that I have changed the way that I eat drastically but I still get chicken and fish. Maybe I need to get rid of that too. I am interested in your output. Have a good day Marie ----- Original Message ----- From: Martha Burton low dose naltrexone Sent: Tuesday, June 15, 2004 8:10 PM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: eye tips-Tom/fatigue/histamine Thanks for the eye tips, Tom!As for fatigue, after diagnosis my wholistic doctor told me that the more raw food I ate, the more energy I'd have. I've been 100% raw since Christmas and have been working 9-hour days straight through (sitting) with no repercussions. I'm up at five and in bed at 10 with no naps. Yoga and zhineng qigong help too.Homeopathic injections of bee venom didn't do much for me. But we're all different. LDN hasn't stopped progression, just slowed it down. I think I'm PPMS, but the ON has relapsed, so maybe I'm the dreaded progressive-relapsing. Or maybe I'm just worse before I get better. I've found people who have reversed symptoms on raw diet. I intend to be one of those too. It might take awhile--there is no magic bullet.Keep the faith,Martha
Guest guest
Martha, The magic bullet is doing what you are doing. As long as you are eating all raw foods you also might want to have an " " blood test to identify any potential foods that you may unknowingly be allergic. There is incredible mounting evidence that allergens are asignificant cause of ms symptoms. It is very difficult to do what you are doing, congrats and keep up the good work.
