Oh yeah! Overwhelmed is an understatement. All you can do is try to

understand the reasoning behind the information offered, then take it or

leave it. Just like the advice people gave when your kids were little. It

is so very frustrating trying to decide what to believe, what to ignore,

what supplements you need, which are just helping the economy by getting

your money out into circulation.

My latest interest is in finding out what nutrients support endorphin

production. If MS people are short of endorphins is it because we don't

absorb the nutrients needed to produce them? and when we force this nightly

burst are we forcing our bodies to take those nutrients from something else

that needs them? This is all too complicated for my little brain.

Yes , I get too overwhelmed so i do nothing. I know how to

exercise, I know how to eat right, I know the basics. I dont have

the money to buy all the suggestions people here give. I'm flat

broke all the time, and live paycheque to paycheque. Love my beans,

pure olive oil, tuna, spinach and home cooking. I love the soy milk

in my bran cereal, and i love fruit and nuts. I keep it simple and

that's all I can afford to do. Do as I do, and dont think about it

too much. It'll make you crazy - but if you have the commitment,

dicipline and most of all money, by all means, take some extra

supplements.

Friday - keeping it simple.......

Please let me know once you find the answer, you should see my pill closet(yes it is a whole closet door that I use for my pills the shelves go from top to bottom and full width). I grew up very poor and even today I can't throw out something that I paid good money for. So therefore I still have pills and drugs that are well past the expiry date yet throwing them out just doesn't set well with me.

Even though I won't use most of them as they are old!

Like a lot of people I am a sucker for the old soft sell sales pitch and will just buy to try ,only once. But still with the thousands of products out there and the ease of availability that this new era gives us I have my problems, All it takes ,just as I am about to get hard hearted and quit this nonsense, is for one product to work as claimed, ie. LDN This has been such a success in my status that I have a renewed confidence in salesmen and their products.

The worst part is that I probably am kidding myself and will fall for another scheme soon,

Help I feel the call of the eyeglasses repair in a bottle ...........

Reg.
